A cardio tabata workout

Even though tabata is so much fun on its own, why not add cardio to make you sweat even more?

I just sent off another week of workouts to one of my long-time clients. I had to improvise this week's exercises a bit for her because she would be out of town and only had access to dumbbells and a stability ball. No problemo! But then what about cardio? No access to a treadmill or elliptical, and she couldn't go running outside.

Tabata to the rescue!

Perform each exercise tabata style – 20 seconds of maximum effort, 10 seconds of rest, for 8 rounds (totals 4 minutes). Make sure you are really pushing yourself til the end on these! For a REAL sweaty workout, go through these exercises a second time.
